Teams for FLASHPOINT Closed Qualifiers Revealed
The list of teams that will participate in the closed stage of the regional qualifiers for the recently announced new CS:GO league has been revealed. Among European teams are HellRaisers, BIG, Sprout and others.

Overall, the European qualifier will feature 32 teams, while the North American and South American qualifiers will have 16 teams each. The rest of the particapants will be determined through the open qualifiers scheduled for February 6-11th.
The closed qualifiers will take place online on February 14-17th. The teams will compete in a double-elimination playoffs bracket with best-of-three series. Top two teams from each region will make it to the LAN-qualifier, which will be played on March 3rd-5th at FACEIT Studio in Los Angeles. The best two teams of the LAN-qualifier will advance to the regular season.
FLASHPOINT is a new Counter-Strike: Global Offensive league organized by B Site Inc. and FACEIT. Among its confirmed participants are Cloud9, c0ntact Gaming, Dignitas, Gen.G Esports, MAD Lions and MIBR. The prize pool of the inaugural season is set at $1,000,000.
