GG.Bet and UCC to Host a $10,000 CS:GO Tournament, Winner Will Qualify for IEM Sydney 2018

We are glad to announce that GG.Bet in cooperation with UCC Studio will host a $10,000 Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournament called GG:Origin, which will also serve as an online qualifier for IEM Sydney 2018.

Everyone has a chance to take part in GG:Origin and qualify for IEM Sydney 2018 thanks to the open qualifier, which will be held on March 14-15. If you want to test your skills, registration is available at https://play.eslgaming.com/counterstrike/csgo/csgo/major/gg-origin-open-qualifier-europe. The winner will advance to the main event.

The main part of the competition will be divided into two stages. The first stage will take place from March 16 to April 1 and feature 15 invited and 1 qualified teams. They will be seeded into four GSL groups, winner of each group will make it to the next stage.

The competition will continue on April 2 with the playoffs stage, where four qualified teams will be joined by four directly invited teams. They will face each other in a single-elimination bracket with best-of-three series. The grand final will be played on April 9. The winner of the tournament will qualify for IEM Sydney 2018, while the teams placed 2nd-4th will share a $10,000 prize pool.
