Natus Vincere Completed Its Dota 2 Roster

Just moments before the roster lock Natus Vincere announced the fifth player of its Dota 2 roster – the organization signed a Serbian player Nikola "LeBronDota" Popović.

Nikola "LeBronDota" Popović is a 27-years-old professional player from Serbia, who started his Dota 2 career in 2015. He participated in various European tier-2 teams, including Elements One, Elements Pro Gaming, Double Dimension and Spider Pigzs. The player has already played with Natus Vincere as stand-in in 2015 and recently helped the team to qualify for GESC: Indonesia Dota2 Minor, replacing SoNNeikO. LeBronDota will play as position 5. It remains unknown, who will be the captain of the team, but most likely this position will be taken by recently signed Ilya "Lil" Ilyuk.

Nikola "LeBronDota" Popović commented on his transition to Natus Vincere:

“Finally this day has come, my dreams have come true! I was playing dota for a while, but the first tournament I watched was TI1, and I felt in love with NAVI. I have never heard of them before, or about any other pro players before TI, for that matter. After watching how NAVI dominated and won the tournament with so much passion I became a huge fan and I dreamt of playing with them. Even though this dream seemed unrealistic at the time, I was still hoping that I can make it. It doesn't matter how old you are — if you are working hard and commit everything you can, I am sure you can make the dreams come true! As a big fan of NAVI I know what fans expect and that's being back on top, and I can assure you that we will try our best to make it happen! I want to thank the organization and the players for believing in me.”

Recently Natus Vincere swapped support players with Virtus.pro – Vladimir "RodjER" Nikogosyan left Na`Vi to join VP, while Ilya "Lil" Ilyuk was transferred to Na`Vi. Later the organization parted ways with Akbar "SoNNeikO" Butaev.
